Game Day with Scotties Tissues (Go Pats!)

Game Day with Scotties Tissues (Go Pats!)

Thank you to Scotties Tissues for sponsoring this post.

How about them Pats?

We celebrated yet another New England Patriots victory this past weekend with a  small football party at home.  Matt and I are Patriots fans and it has been so fun to watch Pippa get excited for the games.  She tends to repeat Matt, when he cheers, she cheers.  She has even has determined her favorite player on the team is… (gee, I wonder).  It has been so much fun to see how curious and excited she has become about the game in a short couple weeks.

Thank you to Scotties Tissues for providing us with Limited-Edition New England Patriots box designs.  As a New Englander who loves the home team, I personally love displaying my team pride throughout our home. There are four box designs to select from, perfect for your parties, tailgates or just to decorate around your house.

My favorite part of hosting a home football party, especially for a day game is the spread, especially my signature bloody mary bar.

The casual menu consisted of a lot of the favorite ‘football food flavors’ modified into healthier version nibbles.

On our menu: baked buffalo cauliflower, chicken salad with lemon vinagrette, chopped kale sale with a spicy ranch dressing and whole grain chips and salsa!  Baked buffalo cauliflower is always a favorite among guests and so easy to make.  The tissues definitely came in handy for all of those buffalo sticky hands.

While this weeks game sure was a close one, we are well on our way to an exciting season.  For all of you Patriots fans, enter for a chance to win Patriots tickets to one of the remaining home games, a Patriot ProShop gift cards valued at $100, or a Stephen Gostkowski autographed football.

With the temperatures getting ready to drop this week here in New England, we are ready for you cold weather!  New Englanders and Patriots fans brave and embrace the elements so be sure to have your Patriots tissues ready!
